Shipping Costs and Shipping Times

We invoice a standard Shipping Costs charge for each delivery.  Multiple orders within the same day are generally compiled so that Shipping Costs are only charged one time.

The standard charges for Shipping Costs vary depending on the destination.  You can find the individual standard charges in the list below.  There you can also see how long it generally takes until a product reaches you following your online order.

Shipping Costs:  3.90 EUR (up to a maximum of 2 kg)
Shipping Time:  Approximately 3 - 5 workdays

EU:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except for the Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except for the Åland Islands), France (except for overseas territories and ministries), Greece (except for Mount Athos), Great Britain (except the Channel Islands), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands (except for non-European territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta + Melilla), the Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus/Republic (except for the Northern sector)

Shipping Costs:  10.80 EUR (up to a maximum of 2 kg)
Shipping Time:   Approximately 8 workdays

Rest of the World:

All countries and territories that are not members of the EU.

Shipping Costs: 13.90 EUR (up to a maximum of 2 kg)
Shipping Time:  Approximately 10 workdays

Change the Delivery Address in the ordering process (only possible for customers in Germany)

In the ordering process, you have the opportunity using “Proceed to checkout” to add additional Delivery Addresses.  A text link will take you to the corresponding page.

Tip:  Give each Delivery Address its own name (for instance, "To the office") in order to have quick, uncomplicated access to all of the registered addresses later.

Please note:  With first orders we only deliver to the Billing Address.

Change the Delivery Address using “My Account” (only possible for customers in Germany)

As a registered user, you can also edit your personal data using "My Account” and add additional addresses in this way.

We only make COD deliveries within Germany using the services of Deutsche Post.  Additional fees of 4.00 EUR are charged for COD orders.

For problematic Delivery Addresses as well as non-permanent residences (for example hotels), we reserve the right to continue delivering to the Billing Address.
